Meal requests can only be honored when paying for 10 or more individuals. The Food Service Staff is only available for meals prepared and served by Bethany Retreat Center.

Breakfast $4.50 per person/per day

Lunch $6.50 per person/per day

Dinner $8.00 per person/per day

A typical breakfast menu includes a hot breakfast item, breakfast meat, breads, juice and fruit in season.

A typical lunch menu includes soup and/or sandwiches, chips, relishes, fruit and/or a light dessert. A more substantial meal at lunchtime if available; however, the $8.00 dinner price will be charged.

A typical dinner menu includes meat, potatoes or rice, vegetable, salad and a dessert.

GROUPS OF 10 OR MORE -- REQUIRED

The food service staff (cook, dining room staff, and dishwashers) is only available for groups of 10 or more.
A special dietary need for any member of your group must be communicated at least 1 week prior to the scheduled reservation or accommodations cannot be made.
Having a meal catered is not an option.

GROUPS OF LESS THAN 10

Option 1: Pay the cost of the meal for a group of ten even though your group is smaller, for example, a group of 9 may choose to have lunch prepared by the Bethany Food staff by paying the cost of the meal for 10.

Option 2: Go out for meals.
Option 3: Bring in the meal. This has limitations. There a microwave, toaster, refrigerator and coffeepot with the coffee provided. The use of the kitchen, stove, oven, pots, pans and utensils are not provided.
Unless choosing Option 1, paper and plastic products must be provided for all meals.
